About this event

The “Inside Out” group is an expressive arts group to help support emotional and social skills in children ages 5-12. The expressive arts are a multimodal approach to group therapy that include play, writing, drama, dance, movement, painting, and/or music. Through the expressive arts children will identify, explore and share emotions in a cohesive group of peers that fosters universality and interpersonal learning. Each week we will explore emotions and outcomes and children will learn fun ways to regulate their emotions and nervous system through play and art.
